LABORATORY / QUALITY
Our products are continuously monitored from incoming goods to outgoing goods.
In our in-house laboratories, we can carry out all standard tests promptly and during production.
On request, you will receive a corresponding APZ with every delivery.
Quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
With our quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, we have clearly described our processes and apply them in all areas of our business.
Our energy management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 50001 ensures that we monitor energy consumption in all areas and are constantly improving our energy balance.
Main site in Memmingen with photovoltaics
At our main site in Memmingen, all roofs have been equipped with PV to further reduce the consumption of fossil fuels for electricity generation.
We will soon be significantly expanding our laboratory at our site in Thuringia.

PAYMENT
We produce the majority of our regrinds ourselves. Meticulous cleanliness, separation by type and experienced employees are also essential in our grinding operations. So you can be sure that our regrinds meet your requirements.
REGRANULATE
We use our single-screw and twin-screw extruders to process our regrind into high-quality regranulates. Gentle processing, atmospheric and vacuum degassing and melt filtration ensure that our regranulates meet the agreed quality standards.
COMPOUNDING
We produce all types of high-quality compounds on our modern twin-screw extruders with up to 8-fold gravimetric dosing and side feeders. We granulate both in the strand and with the latest UWG, depending on the application.
PAYROLL PROCESSING
You can supply us with your regrind, but also your production residues, and we will process them for you in a quality-orientated manner.Either into high-quality regrind, regranulate or re-compound.
Closed Loop
Do you regularly have production waste such as sprues and missing parts etc.?We provide you with the appropriate containers, you fill them, we collect them, recycle them and deliver your waste back to you as regranulate. This system is probably the most sustainable form of resource conservation.
Krafti®
Our in-house developed KRAFTI® compounds, based on virgin material or regranulates, offer decisive advantages: Shorter cycle times, lower melt temperatures, improved wall thickness-flow path ratios, optimised heat resistance, etc. We always focus on resource conservation and sustainability.
