A quarter of a century with the same company – on July 1, 2026, our machine and plant operator Sergej Volkov celebrated his 25th anniversary with Neidhardt Rohstoff GmbH. Throughout the years, he has consistently demonstrated outstanding reliability, commitment, and a conscientious approach to his work. His daily dedication makes a valuable contribution to the smooth operation of our production processes. Thanks to his extensive experience, he is also highly skilled at identifying different types of plastics, helping to maintain the consistently high quality of our production.

Long-serving employees like Sergej Volkov are an essential part of our company. They represent loyalty, responsibility, and the strong team spirit that defines Neidhardt Rohstoff GmbH.

To mark this special occasion, Managing Director Stefan Ackermann and Authorized Officer Alexander Meßlang presented Sergej with a certificate of honor from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) of Swabia during a small celebratory gathering.
